Frequently Asked Questions And Answers About Our Therapy Services
What if my partner/spouse won’t come to therapy? Can I still get help with my relationship?
Definitely! Learning about yourself and acquiring communication skills can create change in your relationship.
How does therapy work and how long do I have to be in it?
Therapy is a process that helps you understand yourself better in an emotional, social, physical and sometimes spiritual way. It’s usually a 50-minute session in which your therapist will work with you to understand your pain and obstacles that keep you stuck. It is a way to resolve and heal pain, and helps you to move forward with your life goals.
How old do children need to be in order to start therapy?
It is usually not a question of age. Children can enter therapy once a behavioral or emotional problem has been identified.
Where should I start? What is most important individual, couples, family or group therapy?
In our first meeting, together we will assess your specific needs and priorities and begin to develop a treatment plan.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept Cash, Check, Mastercard, and Visa. We are not "in network" providers but will provide a super bill monthly for you to turn into your insurance company for reimbursement.
